    I've had 3 or 4 beef boxes from Dave and they have all been amazing. The best beef I've ever eaten. My mother-in-law insists I cook a Kittow joint whenever she comes to dinner. the pot roasted silverside I did her has passed into legend.

    We've just tried the lamb and it was great! A great addition to the amazingly tasty pork and delicious beef.
